Waiting game

Will it always be like this?

If I adjust to how you want things to go, how you pace things, will this relationship go smoother?

It feels too much of a waste -- when as time would pass and it still seems that each adjustment feels like hitting a wall at each turn.

Been trying to make things work without having you shoulder responsibility on how I do things for you. But it seems like I could never do right by you.

This is really getting fucking stupid.
