Early morning emails

I received one of your early morning emails again today. The personal kind, with a rather intimate content to say the least.

What’s going through your head? What is this you’re starting?

Vanity

The more time that I give it, the more I have grown to convince myself that I am not right for you.

Why do I feel that I am inferior? Inadequate.. Not good enough. 

The choice

This might take up a bit more space than usual because there's something I truly wish I could talk to you about -- wishing I'd be able to hear your thoughts, too, but I guess this will have to do.

My decision to stay -- choosing to continue to keep you in my life -- is slowly becoming a lonely choice.
